RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator within the Social and Care Administration, you play a central role in the organization and contribute to creating structure, service, and good collaboration. The position includes being part of the staffing in the reception within individual and family care, where you receive, guide, and provide service to visitors. Handling reports of concern is part of the job, which requires accuracy, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.

Together with a colleague, you are also responsible for registration, archiving, and document management within the administration, as well as handling the authority mailbox. In this role, you also provide important administrative support to the head of administration. The tasks include handling incoming calls and emails, as well as administrative coordination of cases. You act as a secretary at various types of meetings, such as collaboration meetings, and are responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and documents for meetings.

Additionally, you will perform other administrative tasks based on the needs of the organization in close collaboration with the workgroup.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education with an administrative focus and experience in administrative work. It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education in areas such as administration and economics. Since you will have a large contact surface, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have good IT skills and are accustomed to working in the Office package, as well as having the ability to quickly learn new systems.

To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you are flexible and service-oriented, with a genuine interest in supporting the organization. You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You work in a careful and structured manner and ensure that tasks are performed reliably. To succeed in the role, we also see that you are responsible and self-driven in your work.
